In September 2025, the U.S. de minimis rule was abolished, and as a result, most shipping carriers no longer support DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) services.

Therefore, shipments to the U.S. are generally handled under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, with all customs duties and import fees paid by us.

These costs are reflected in the shipping fee.

As a result, the shipping rate for U.S. destinations may be higher than that for other countries. We appreciate your understanding.

Since we cover all customs duties and related expenses, you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Shipments to the United States are handled as follows:
1. We first ship the package from Japan to our contracted warehouse in the United States.
2. From that warehouse, the package is delivered to you via USPS.

All customs duties and related expenses incurred in step 1 are covered by us.
Therefore, no additional charges will be billed to you, so please rest assured.

Note:
In some cases, certain items may be shipped directly from Japan to the buyer in the United States instead of using USPS.
Even in such cases, no customs duties or additional fees will be charged to the buyer.

The preparation time before shipping is 4 to 7 days.
We will ship your order as soon as it is ready.

Once the shipment is complete, we will notify you of the tracking number.
