Return Policy (Defective Items Only)

We only accept returns when the item has a defect or problem attributable to the product itself.

1. Return period

・We accept return requests within 30 days from the date you receive the item.

・After 30 days from delivery, we are generally unable to accept any return requests.

2. Eligible defects for return

We accept returns only in cases where there is a defect or problem caused by the product itself, such as:


・A major defect that clearly differs from the description in the listing.

・The item does not work or is functionally defective upon arrival.

・You receive the wrong item.

・Damage to the item caused during shipping (excluding outer box damage without any actual damage to the product).


For used items, issues that are clearly described on the product page (such as scratches, wear, signs of use, age-related deterioration, minor defects, or cosmetic condition) are not considered defects.
Items sold as “junk,” “for parts,” or “as-is,” or those clearly marked as “no returns” or “no guarantee of operation” on the product page are generally not eligible for return.

3. Cases where returns are not accepted

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:


・Problems caused by the customer’s usage, environment, or compatibility issues
(for example: using non-compatible lenses, power supplies, or cables; issues caused by outdated firmware, etc.).

・Damage, scratches, stains, or loss caused by the customer.

・Any signs of modification, disassembly, or repair (including by third‑party repair services).

・Requests based on conditions already stated on the product page (such as described defects or cosmetic condition).

・Customer’s change of mind, wrong order, duplicate order, or “different from what I imagined”.

・Contact made more than 30 days after the item was delivered.

・Items returned to us without prior notice or approval.

4. Return shipping cost

・If the return is due to our responsibility (initial defect, wrong item, damage during shipping, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost.

・Please follow the return instructions we provide (such as using a prepaid return label or a specific shipping method).

・If you use a shipping method that we did not approve in advance, the shipping cost may not be reimbursed.

5. How to request a return

1. Within 30 days of receiving the item, contact us with your order number, item name, and a detailed description of the defect (photos or videos are very helpful).

2. We will review the information and inform you whether the return is approved, as well as provide the return address and instructions.

3. Pack the item carefully and send it back using the method we specify.

4. After we receive the item, we will inspect and test it. If the defect is confirmed, we will process your refund.


We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. If the return package is lost without tracking, we may not be able to issue a refund.

6. Refunds

・If the return is approved, we will refund your payment using the same payment method you used for the purchase, whenever possible.

・If the defect is our responsibility, we will refund the item price and the original shipping cost (if we charged you for shipping).

・Return shipping costs will be covered according to the method and instructions we provide.

・If our inspection shows that the defect cannot be reproduced, or if the item falls under any of the “returns not accepted” cases above, we may refuse the return or refund and may resend the item to you at your cost.

7. Customs duties and import taxes

・Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country are generally the buyer’s responsibility, in accordance with local laws and regulations.

・Whether these taxes can be refunded in case of a return depends on the laws and procedures of your country. We cannot guarantee any tax refunds; please contact your local customs office or tax authority for details if needed.
